1.Express
Entry
Express Entry is one of the most popular immigration routes for skilled migrants. Most of skilled migrants find this route easier and this rout has been source of growing skilled immigrants for the Govt. of Canada. Express Entry stream was started in 2015 and still it is the best choice for migrants.
Express Entry is a
point based system where applicants have
to qualify for the specific set of
parameters. Candidates have to secure a minimum of 67 points out of 100 points.
Candidates will then qualify for Express Entry Pool on the basis of secured
points.
Who Can Apply?
- Applicants must have atleast a 16 years of education, Bachelor’s, Master's or Phd are eligible for this program. The higher the degree, the more points will get.
- In last 5 years applicant must have gained experience of atleast 2 years in a skilled trade listed in the list NOC B (Federal Skilled Trades Program).
- Candidates aged below 29 will gets more points, 5 points are deducted per year of age after that.
If an applicant has a full time job offer letter with
positive LMIA from eligible Canadian employer that will add more points to candidate’s application. So the candidates with skills in demand should reach out to prospective employers first.

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) allows Canadian territories and provinces to nominate individuals who want to immigrate to Canada.The candidates shall have to be interested in settling in a particular province.

Family Sponsorship
Who can Sponsor / Who can be sponsored:
A Canadian Citizen or Canadian PR holder can sponsor the

Owners of a business can apply if they have a good business plan
and can get a support letter from any one of:
Venture Capital Fund (with minimum of $200,000)

Optional: While individuals application for PR is being
